Narita Temple
Went to the Narita Temple (one of the largest and most famous complexes in Japan) a couple of times. The first it was pissing down with rain, so we didn’t bother looking around that much, and instead bolted for a ramen place to let our clothes dry out. There was one blossom tree out:
I went back yesterday as I had some time to kill before moving into Tokyo and it was clear skies. Same tree, different angle:
The gardens were really big so I had a good old wander around and enjoyed the sun:
At least until I started being followed by a random weird Japanese man. Luckily his phone rang and I ran away! (This is a pretty common occurence in Japan – being followed, talked to, and having your picture taken without your permission).
