In the past week it’s risen in temperature from the tolerably hot early-30’s to the intolerably hot latter-30’s. Sadly, the rainy season seems to have ended, as no longer do the torrential downpours cause a welcome break in the heat. The humidity makes it feel even more stifling, and has meant increasing my water intake to something approaching four litres a day – mid-nigh-loo-o-rama. Running and the dojo are pretty fun too – now I have to dry my laundry before I actually wash it. Roll on Cambodia – where it’s a mere 29!
