    OMG! I love this woman – mostly because she’s spunky and doesn’t give up (and partly because she is built a lot like me :-)

    I am rail 6’2″ and rail thin – but I lift weights three days a week as part of my supplemental karate training – including bench press, squats and a bevy of other stuff. I’m toned – not bulky. Probably couldn’t get bulky if I wanted to.

    Small does not mean weak. Women who move weights rock – BIG TIME!!

    She’s amazing isn’t she?! Really inspirational. I was amazed to see how small she is actually, especially given the size of those plates.
