Family visit meant a shorter workout than I wanted…

Warm up as normal

3 supersets of
– 10 x Swiss ball pike rollouts these things are killer – check them out
– Side plank – 1 minute each side

Static holds
4 x sets of:
– Pull ups – 10 seconds top, 10 seconds middle, 10 seconds dead hang
– Dips – 10 seconds top, 10 seconds middle, 10 seconds dead hang
– L-sit – 20 seconds

And then Lee’s Barbaric Burpees. Holy crap that was killer and I halved the burpee time and didn’t do the push up after all those diamonds yesterday.
