Sunday 2nd & Monday 3rd September

Took two rest days.

I wanted to take a week off, but just found my body was aching and stiff and I just didn’t feel like resting, so now I’ve changed my mind  Also intending to change my daily schedule so instead of doing park on one day, cardio the next, I’m gonna aim for two days of bar work, then a day or cardio, then rest. Feel like I’m strong enough to manage the two days on – just going to have to work out a good split.
