“Active rest” day (that phrase always makes me smile)

20 minute easy run (bit of aching in my foot and shin – still getting used to the new shoes, and haven’t actually done a steady run for ages)
Some stretching and mobility work
10 x dips
10 x pull-ups
10 x chest-to-floor push-ups

Repeated.

More stretching.

Sat in the sauna for a bit.

Big day (hopefully) in the park tomorrow so wanted to be rested. Arm is feeling better – didn’t notice it on the pulls so hoping it’s on the mend. Don’t want to be another tendonitis case.

Bathroom break sets: 50 x chest-to-floor push-ups (forgot a few times), excluding those above – 70 total.
