Morning:
1 hour yoga class

Different type of yoga to the others – jivamukti yoga. Cute teacher – much friendlier than the others. Asanas more like what I’m used to (ashtanga, which interestingly the founders started out by studying) and it was nice and slow. Although I always feel like I should do a bit of a warm up and some dynamic stretching before class to get ready – don’t like going in cold as it just makes everything feel even harder. Although perhaps that’s the point, and one of the ways to get the benefits.

Either way, three classes down this week – woohoo!
