L-sit kickout pyramid:
2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2

5 x 20s L-sit hold

4 x supersets:

  • 5 x kneeling ab wheel roll-outs (knees on bosu for extra height and extension – good plan)
  • 5 x standing ab wheel roll-outs
  • 20 x pistol squats (alternating leg) – using hand to support self in order to get ass down to ground and proper strict form. 
  • 10 x swiss ball pikes
  • 35s handstand hold

3 sets of 5 x 12.5kg weighted hyperextensions (first time at new weight – felt fine)

Nice stretching session.
