First day of the Barbarians seminars up in Manchester. Will write a more detailed post about them but a bit behind on my training logs so gonna do a quick update.
Basics day – push-ups, pull-ups, dips, abs, L-sit holds and variations. Lots of “games” (hah!) like dip pyramids – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. Actually did ok on that one – only did a couple rounds on the bench doing easy bench dips (half of 10, then 8 and 6) then got back on the bars. Lots of pull-ups and push-ups, then some team games in the evening.
