Workout:

20 x assisted pistols (10 each side, alternating)

1 x ab set:
20 x side hip raises (10 each side)
10 x hyperextended leg raises


20 x assisted pistols (10 each side, alternating)

2 x ab sets

20 x assisted pistols (10 each side, alternating)

3 x ab sets

10 rounds of:
1 minute kicking, 30s rest

3 sets of:
10 x 10kg hyperextensions
20 x 5kg side extensions (10 each side)

Fairly hardcore stretching
