Sunday 18th November

Today was advanced techniques day at the seminars – front and back levers, handstands, muscle-ups, human flag, one arm pull-ups. Tried a human flag – never even trained for them and funnily enough it was really fucking hard :) Might try and incorporate some oblique static work.

Low-level training all day – not as intense as the Saturday, but I did manage to completely annihilated my arm – the muscle-ups and then the last 5MD – pull-ups and push-ups – messed me up.
