Just 30 minutes of yoga today.

Was Head Chef for X’mas dinner which took up quite a bit of time (stuffed rolled turkey breast, roast potatoes, roast carotts and sweet potatoes with honey, sprouts with bacon and chestnuts, steamed brocolli, cranberry chutney, gravy, homemade chocolate truffles… just in case you were wondering ;) Wanted to do some tabata burpees but didn’t have time.
