Morning: 45 minutes hike
Evening: 1 hour yoga (ashtanga)
Feeling pretty tired, especially my legs and quads, but going to try and do some yoga every day.
Shoulder stil hurts. Now I’m wondering if I’m actually going to need surgery on it or something. Either that or I’m probably looking at another few months recovery time. Will go hassle the doctor when I’m back, not that I think it’ll make any difference – *&^*^%^ doctors!
