Had to stop back in to get my yoga mat so thought I’d do some abs whilst I was there.

5 mins running warm-up

3 sets of:
20 x weighted crunches on incline bench (gah I have resorted to crunches!)

4 sets of 10 x lat pull-downs (16.25kg, 18.75kg, 16.25kg, 16.25kg)

4 sets of back hyperextensions (10 reps) and oblique raises (10 reps each side):
Back: bodyweight, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg
Oblique: bodyweight, 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg

1 set of 10 x narrow push-ups (wanted to see how arm fared – not great – hurt more than normal the next day)

Dragon flag holds (got some good advice off Seth, one of the cute bar guys in the gym)

3 sets of 10 x slow leg raises on the incline bench
