Workout:

Tabata burpees (20s burpees, 10s rest for 8 rounds)
(Woohoo! Been off cardio for a while and glad they didn’t kill me as much as I was worried they might)

3 x supersets:
10 x Swiss ball pikes
10 x Swiss ball single-legged tucks
10 x full leg raises (ab bench)
20 x hollow rocks

5 sets of slow dips (2s lower, 2s raise, timed)
7, 6, 6, 6, 5

2 x 10s pull-up hold
