Decided to start putting the year in – at some point I’m gonna catch up to my training logs from last year and don’t want to get confused :)

Was passing the gym so stopped by mainly to do some stretching and my every-three-days slow pull-ups.

10 min yoga

5 x slow pulls

5 sets of 1min kicking / 30s rest on the bag to warm up legs a bit

5 x slow pulls

Chat with new guy at the gym who I’ve seen around and who has apparently been watching me train (?!) and with Matthew, one of the regular cali-only guys who I’d not seen for a while.

10 min yoga

Isometric stretching

Pub with friends.
