Morning:

45 minute walk into work

Lunchtime:

Amazing how long you can spend doing something that feels like it’s nothing. Did 5 minutes on the X-trainer to warm up (studio electricity went so spent the morning feeling colllllllld), then 40 minutes doing stretching, yoga, some kicking, a frog stand, some elbow levers and my resistance band sets. Left feeling like I did nothing!
