Got straight on the treadmill…

1km warm-up @ 10.5km/h
Then 4km of intervals:
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 0% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 0.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 1% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 1.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 2% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 2.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 3% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 3.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 4% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 3.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 3% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 2.5% incline
200m @ 15km/h, 50m walk @ 2% incline

Some stretching to see how my groin strain is recovered (getting there but not up to isometric stretching yet)
