Bit of a light evening session:
5 mins X trainer warm-up
10 x hanging leg raises
5 x dragon flag negatives
(Wanted to do more but was f-ed!)
3 sets of 10 x leg raises on p-bars
3 sets of 5 x scapular pull-ups in between leg raises sets
5 x 50kg
5 x 60kg
5 x 5 @ 70kg
Still feeling awesome but need to work on grip strength – starting to slip a bit.
Did an elbow lever – discovered they are wayyyy easier if you start with your legs together, rather than try and bring them in from a straddle position (flexibility/hip flexor strength issue maybe?), but that’s my bigger goal so I will continue with that. Maybe doing “negative” by starting from the lever and bringing them out would be wise.
