Lunchtime skillz session:

5 mins X trainer

Yoga and mobility

3 x supersets:

  • Handstands – trying to keep away from wall, feeling balance point, maintaining hollow body position. Did about 5 attempts each set.
  • 20s L-sit holds 
10 x pull ups
3 x supersets:
  • 2 x 10s L-sit straddle holds
  • 5 x straddle to freestanding headstand
Stretching and yoga

Evening:
5 mins X trainer
Yoga/mobility
Ran 1.5km, got bored and stopped. Just not feeling like doing cardio at the moment.

10 x leg raises (p-bars)

Messed around with advanced frog/tuck planche/headstands for a bit. Realised that I feel like I’m making progress on the tuck planche – I can hold it for a split second before collapsing to the floor, which is about a hundredths of a second more than I could hold it before ;)
