Still feeling weak after Tuesday and Wednesday’s sessions, but after a good nights sleep it was time to hit deadlifts.

Warm-up:

Tabata burpees

Mobility work

Workout:

8 x pull-ups

10 x dips

3 x 10 x leg raises

5 x 5 deadlifts @ 75kg

I’d been nervous about these all week, but once I did the first set I knew they’d be ok. Used chalk which stopped the bar slipping, so felt good all round.

Was going to do a heavier session, but in all honesty I couldn’t be bothered, so I went home :)
