Been looking at some Ido Portal stuff online so decided to have a bit of a flexibility session using some of his techniques.
20s tuck planche hold with feet supported
20s tuck planche hold with feet supported
20s tuck planche hold with feet supported
Isometric stretching for side and box splits:
2 sets of:
Lower down, hold & release to get to bottom, 30s iso hold
(Both legs of side splits)
Evening

Decided not to train again today. Body is hurting and typing up the log for yesterday made me realise why ;) Also doing legs tomorrow so need to stay fresh for that.
