Bit fatigued and also planning on hitting Primrose bars tomorrow, so kept it light. Mainly just wanted to do my next set of deads.

Warmed up with:
5 x 1min rounds of kicking
With 30s rest

Lots of stretching and mobility

Deadlifts:
2 x 5 with empty bar
5 x 60kg
5 x 70kg
3 x 5 @ 85kg

Felt ok. Last few were a bit of a grind. Grip’s not great – bar just sits in my curled fingers rather than me actually grabbing onto it properly. But done them and onto the 87.5kg next week :)

Also did a really solid tuck planche, one back lever progression, some pull-ups, some leg raises and a few other bits.
