I met Zoe at the first Bar-baric seminars back in June last year and we’ve kept in touch and trained together not enough times since. In many ways she is the direct opposite of me – graceful, slender, flexible and controlled. A total contrast to my stocky muscley self, and my attempts to make everything as explosive as possible. Our training styles are different – she’s really creative (check out her YouTube channel for some amazing stuff with the rings and a pull up bar) whereas I tend to have defined goals which I worked towards fairly methodically. She’s a personal trainer, sports therapist and also a tai chi instructor, is full of positive energy, radiates calm and is generally awesome.
