Hill intervals today. Knee still hurting a bit but don’t think it’s serious – going for endurance rather than speed to avoid aggravating it. Normally aiming to do two treadmill sessions a week, but after the 20km and the after-effects, I’m happy sticking with one this week.

Had a go at a back lever again – my first since Monday. Got into straddle, tried closing legs, they closed, jumped off, set up camera and did it again:
