Was supposed to be a rest day, but after doing some stretching I felt ok so got on the bars for a bit…

10 x pull ups

5 x slow leg raises

2 x MU (bad idea – need to stop these again for a bit)

3 x BL
First one was one-legged, felt strong so decided to go for a straddle…

Very very happy with this. It actually felt less intense and stressful than the one-legged switching-between-legs ones that I’d done before.
