Long run in Richmond. 14km overall, 15 x hill intervals, fastest split 4m54s. Felt pretty good (although still not actually enjoying running). The hill intervals were awesome – legs felt super strong and a got up faster than the boys. Was worried about the effects of low-carbing on muscle glycogen and therefore performance for them, but it was fine. Better than “fine”, in fact.
