5m warm up on cross trainer

Yoga and joint mobility

Dead lifts

1 x 10 with empty bar
1 x 5 with empty bar
5 x 70kg
3 x 80kg
3 x 5 x 90kg

Felt sooo much better than last time as I was actually rested. Managed to maintain grip except for the last rep of the second set, then I switched to mixed grip for the third. That just made it feel more solid.

Was going to hit lats in the evening so I could rest on Friday but was tired (insomniarghhh) so went home and tried to get an early night, but lay awake till 1am. Lame.
