Busy today so no time to train really, and I don’t think I’ll have any time tomorrow either. Probably not so bad as my legs are fucked from that long run + deadlift combo! Got some weird pain behind my left knee – really tight and aches to walk, let alone run. Hopefully it will sort itself out.

Anyhow, nipped to the gym for a quick sesh before dinner:

5 mins running (see above about weird pain – thought it might help but made no difference)

Stretching etc.

3 x supersets:
10 x inverse rows
5 x slow leg raises (p-bars)

3 x supersets:
5 x scapular pull ups/bent-arm front lever things
7 x slow pull ups
3 x skin the cat
