Hill intervals:

Ran to the gym from the studio to warm up

4m  @ 9km/h @ 9%
2m @ 3km/h @ 0%

Had to stop 2m into every interval for a rest. Had to do that before I was ill, and still have to do it now! Lungs felt ok but legs were aching a bit.

Did 10 x dead hang pull ups afterwards, and some stretching.

Some guys commented that I made them look bad. Told them they should try harder ;)
