Walking up a hill:
5 mins at 15% @ 5km/h
10 mins at 12% and 5.5km/h
5 mins at 10% @ 6km/h.
None of them even came close to making me breathe heavily. And going faster that 6 would’ve hurt my foot (as it was I had to stop early).
Then did 5 minutes on the crosstrainer at level 10, which seems like a good idea for next time – 30s fast, 30s slow.
