Squats and deads:

Squats:
5 x empty bar
5 x empty bar
3 x 5 x 40kg

1m30s between sets. Starting to feel heavier now.

Deadlifts:

5 x empty bar
5 x 60kg
3 x 70kg
1 x 80kg
3 x 5 x 90kg

Although form was good, still felt heavy! Guess I’ve been training a lot this week. Only used straps for the 90’s – want to make sure I focus on form and not on not dropping the bar!
