Lunchtime run (had to try again after yesterday aborted effort!):

1km @ 1% @ 10km/h
1km @ 2% @ 10km/h
1km @ 3% @ 10km/h
1km @ 4% @ 10km/h
1km @ 1% @ 14km/h

Foot is ok. Not perfect, but ok. Didn’t want to hammer it too much as gonna try and do squats and dead tomorrow lunchtime.
