Decided to see how one of the lat workouts I did over winter affected my fried forearms (doctor on Monday – maybe find out what it is… or maybe not).

3 x scapular pull ups

Wide lat pull downs:
1 x 15 @ 30kg
3 x 8 @ 40kg

Straight arm standing pull down things
1 x 15 @ 18.75kg
3 x 8 @ 23.75kg

Tricep pull-downs (cable machine, straight bar)
1 x 15 @ 16.25kg
3 x 8 @ 21.25kg

Narrow grip lat pull downs:
1 x 15 @ 30kg
3 x 8 @ 40kg

Also did some ankle strengthening stuff on this low inflated disc thing (like a small bosu which is squishy).

3 x 30s each leg
1 x 1m each leg

Tried to make circles to get the full ROM for each foot.
