Back on it…

Lunchtime

1km @ 10.5km/h (warm-up)

8 rounds of:

Run 500m @ 12.5km/h @ 1% incline
20s rest
10 x burpees
20s rest

Felt good :)

Did part of the session a sports bra (intense = hot) and within three minutes of finishing got told: “your abs are looking good” (PT), “your back’s amazing” (gym-goer) and (my favourite) “your body’s beautiful” (lady in the changing room). Does anyone know a good ceiling repairman, coz I think my ego’s just broken mine! ;)

Evening:

Back and lat session. Still trying not to fry my forearms (even though I went home and iced them afterwards).

3 x 10 x scapular pull ups

Wanted to do inverse rows but hurt arm, so ended up doing:

10 x inverse rows
1m30s rest
10 x diamond push ups

1m30s rest

3 supersets:
10 x seated rows @ 25kg
1m rest
10 x diamond push ups
1m rest

3 supersets:
5 x wide grip pull ups
10 x tricep pull-downs @ 21.25kg
1m30s rest in between sets

3 sets of:
10 x Straight arm standing pull down things @ 21.25kg

1m30s rest in between sets

Think that was it…
