Lunchtime abs:

5 min warm up on the X-trainer

3 sets of:

20 x side-to-side with 12kg kettlebell
10 x Swiss ball pikes
10 x HLR’s
3 x Dragon flags


Tabata sets (20s work, 10s rest for 8 rounds)

1. Burpee/lunges warm-up (so four rounds of each)

2. Squats with 15kg bar

3. Lunges with 2 x 8kg kettle bells

4. Wide squats with 12kg kettlebell.

Legs were buggered after that, especially after yesterday’s burpees, so stretched and went home!
