Second part of the Olympic lifting course.
Tonight we started off going over snatch again, and then got onto cleans.
Still a shitload of work to do on my squat mobility. Waiting for my body to get used to the squats ‘n’ deads routine again because despite doing them on Tuesday I still felt battered, especially my back.
All this week been going into the gym on the way to work to do foam rolling and mobility. Trying to work on it, plus been advised on foam rolling for my IT band/running issue. Realising that actually I really do want to run again now.
