Been on holiday. Didn’t do any training. Bit of swimming, one trail walk (only 5km), few pool MU’s. Tried to rest really. Lots of red wine and tasty cured pork products ;) Used the opportunity to cycle off creatine for two weeks. Not sure how long I’d been taking it for – probably about 7 weeks. A friend gave me a pouch so just took 5g after workouts.
