1, 2, 3 muscle ups

3 attempts at 2.5kg weighted MU.

3 fails ;)

Will try again another week.

Squats:

10 x empty bar
5 x 40kg
5×5 60kg

Felt fine. Trying to make sure I go low enough.

5 x OAP (singles, each arm – not been training them much)

Deads:
10 x empty bar
4 x 60kg
3 x 80kg
3 x 5 @ 92.5kg
(Straps for the second two sets)

Stretching etc. then home to eat roast pork :)
