Warm up mobility

10 x neutral grip pulls

5 x skin the cat

Tried some one-legged FL but back’s fried after climbing

Squats
10 x empty bar squats

Played around with pull ups – trying to come back down more on diagonal. Bit more messing around with FL.

5 x 40kg

5 x 5 x 65kg squats

Deadlifts

5 x 60kg
4 x 90
3 x 100
2 x 110
2 x 1 x 120kg
Pretty long rests between the heavier lifts

Form really needs tightening but was nice to go heavy for a change
