Really trying to work on sorting out my ITB issue now – hurting all the time and want to get back into some running again.  

Morning
Did full body stretching and also for ITB, plus 5m foam rolling with my new foam roller each leg. Going to try and aim to do that twice every day, although whether that will happen in reality remains to be seen!
Evening
Lower body mobility stuff
10 x single leg Glutes bridges (each leg)
10 x clam (each side)
10 x single leg side raises (each leg)
10 x GBR with bar (20kg)
10 x SLSR (each leg, with yellow band)
10 x clam (each leg, with yellow band)
3 sets of:
10 x GBR @ 40kg
10 x SLSR (each leg, with yellow band)
10 x clam (each leg, with yellow band)
Squats:
10 x empty bar
5 x 40kg
5 x 5 @ 67.5kg
