5m X trainer
Mobility incl. Band pull a parts and shoulder dislocates
5 x wide pull ups
10 x Australian pull ups
5 x skin the cat
MU practise x about 5 sets
And I’ve just discovered that I failed to finish this log. Bugger.
IIRC it also involved:
3 x 15 clam
3 x 15 lying leg raises
(Both each leg)
and probably a few other bits. Bad Fi for failing to keep up :/
