Morning:

Half an hour of yoga and stretching

Evening:

Felt a bit drunk after a big lunch and my first alcohol in two weeks ;)

Lots of yoga and stretching (heating was on in the studio – yay)

Some kicking

3 sets of squat kicks

3 sets of:

  • 5 x tuck up and downs
  • HS practise

3 sets of:

  • 2 x 15s straddle L-sit holds on bench
  • 5 x headstand straddle raises
  • 15kg seated good mornings
