12pm sports massage meant only one thing: get up at 9am, have a triple espresso (actually an Americano, with double cream, natch) and head to the gym to destroy myself as much as possible before having to leave to let my awesome masseur pick up the broken knotted pieces. Since I did pulling yesterday I stuck with pushing.

Quick warm up then:

Assisted bent arm planche static (tutorial – this is way off for me but thought I’d chuck it in)
3 x 5kg pistols (nothing heavy – groin tweaked and want to squat tomorrow!)

Weirdly they seem to get easier the more you do them.

Then off to eat on the tube and get rubbed down by a big strong man ;)
