Dynamic leg stretches

3 sets of:
10s L-sit
1 x slow STC the warm up

12 x bw dips

3 sets of:
5 x Hdstd straddle raises
(Foam rolling on tight hip flexor on the first set!)
2 x assisted tuck planche holds

3 sets of
10 x seated straddle forward bend overs with 10kg bar
5 x back bridge push ups
