Mobility and stretching (back still tight)
20 x push ups
10 x pulls ups
15 x dips
2 x elbow levers on handles/weights
1 x EL on floor
4 x sets:
15s straddle L-sit hold
15s tuck planche hold
Freestanding handstand practise
3 sets x 6 assisted ring muscle ups
3 sets x 3 partial reps working more around transition point
Assisted OAP(ushup) (each arm)
x 5
x 4
x 3
Stretched legs and hips between sets
Forearms and wrists too fried for anything else! (And no time)
