20 x side to side with 8kg KB
3 x dragon flag (one full, two negatives)

5 sets of:
3 x headstand straddle raises
15s straddle L-sit hold
2 x handstands

2 x sets of:
10 x 5kg pistols
15 x band leg raises (each leg)
15 x band clam (each leg)
