First day of the GMB P1 course.

Warm up:
5 exercises, 1m each

Did 4 sets of 8 reps of each

Plank push ups
Plank jump to dip
Battle rams from knees
Battle rams from knees

Tuck hold (5s holds x 3 reps x 4 sets)
Moutain climber holds (8 reps x 4 sets)

Cool down exercises

Yoga flow (Level 1) x 3

RPE – 7
RPT – 6
