An unprecedented 12m of foam rolling
2 hours climbing with Chris and Sally at Mile End.
Felt weak – arms tirrrrred. Did some grip stuff – traversing the campus boards – and played around in the Monkey House as grip training for Backyard Jam. Was stupid to do that first as we were all a bit broken before hitting the proper routes.
After the mornings yoga, my back felt awesome – did a really good forward bend that felt great. Finally feel like I’m making progress in loosening my back up.
