2 hours climbing at The Arch with Chris. My tenth time climbing!
Warm up easy routes, filmed some pull ups for a Mudstacle competition (which I won – yay!):
And had a little play with dropping down into back lever:
They’re going to be more of a feature in my routine as want to get them stronger. Need to give my forearms a rest first though ;)
Did some moderately easy routes – more going for conditioning. Tried to come down route with no feet – doing some negatives I guess. Went up the PVC pipe grip thing at the end, did a set of 20 dips (surprising given lack of dipping recently), did some ring push ups, some holds on the campus boards (weak fingers!). Got home late and didn’t sleep enough!
